Cost per week: $70 per child each week
Includes all activities, t-shirt, & lunch for elementary* schoolers (those with allergies or dietary restrictions and preschoolers** bring their own lunch). Some scholarships are available, please email ann.park@trinitychurch.life
*Elementary = kids who have completed Kindergarten through 5th graders.
**Preschool = kids who turned three by January 1, 2016, through kids who have not yet completed Kindergarten.

We do not have early childcare for campers, so please note the following check-in times:
9:15 am Doors open for check-in
Campers join their groups either in Emmaus Hall or the PreK wing
9:30 am Opening Program begins
A reminder that the parent 'receipt' printed at check-in must be presented at check-out.

Keep Your Place!
The camp is likely to be completely full. Any children who have not arrived by 10:00 am on Day 1 will forfeit their place to our "waiting list" so please inform us via email to ann.park@trinitychurch.life, if your child will be late, is sick or unable to attend on Day 1.
Entering the Camp
The ONLY entrance for parents is through the Rotunda, signs will guide you!
Check-In
- Enter the parking lot and drive straight to the front of the sanctuary and follow the signs. Arrive at the Rotunda entrance towards the rear of the building (signs will guide you).
- At a check-in terminal use your phone number to pull up your child's information and follow the on screen instructions to print a name tag for your child and a guardian receipt for yourself.
- You will need the guardian receipt to collect your child at the end of the day. If someone else is collecting your child please pass the receipt to them or send them a picture of the receipt using your phone.
- Follow the signs to your child's "crew" (team).
- Due to the complexities of the week, changes to groups cannot be made unless
Closing
Parents, grandparents, and friends are invited to join us each day at 12:55 pm in Emmaus Hall for the Closing, a daily celebration of God’s love you won’t want to miss. Otherwise, pickup is at 1:30 pm.
Pick Up
- Pick-up is in Emmaus Hall with the crew leaders. THE ONLY ENTRANCE/EXIT TO THIS ROOM FOR PARENTS IS THROUGH THE ROTUNDA.
- Upon your exit, the check-out team will ask to see your guardian receipt.
- If you lose your parent receipt the check in team will ask to see ID before allowing children to leave. If you are not the person who registered the child this person will need to be called to confirm that you may collect the child from camp.
Lunch
- Everyone will need to bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated through the day! Please do not forget to label the bottle with your child's name.
- The elementary children will be served lunch each day. If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, please send in a lunch each day.
- Preschoolers need to bring a lunch each day clearly labelled with the child's first and last names, refrigeration will be available. We are a nut free camp so please check all labels carefully.
Elementary Group Menu:
Tuesday : Chicken nuggets, carrot sticks and green beans, and cookies
Wednesday: Hot dogs, french fries, carrot sticks, and watermelon
Thursday : Tacos, meat, rice, lettuce, cheese, and popsicles
Friday: Pizza, salad and cake
What to Wear?
- On Day 1, each child will receive a T-Shirt corresponding to the color of their "crew" (team), this must be worn EVERY DAY so we can tell who belongs which crew!
- This is an active, hands-on, sit on the floor/ground camp. Casual clothes are the way to go! It might get a little messy.
- Regarding footwear, please keep in mind that the children will be moving around ALOT. We must ask without exception that preschoolers wear sneaker-like footwear; a solid shoe is recommended for all children. Flip flops, Crocs or Croc type sandals are not recommended.
- Please apply any sunscreen or bug spray to your child before arrival to Sky Camp.

Medications
- There will be a nurse on-site during Sky Camp for basic medical attention.
- Medications, such as inhalers or epi-pens, should be clearly labeled with your child's first and last name, and given to our nurse at check-in.
- Please contact Stanwich Church at 203-661-6509 immediately if there are other issues that need to be addressed.
